As well as running regular Yoga Classes I offer the following services:
One off personal yoga plan tailored specifically to your needs £5 one off fee.
After a short questionnaire to discover likes/dislikes, time available & what you want to gain from Yoga. I pull together a plan for you to practice at home. You need to either attend class once or twice or do at least one personal session before I can safely create this for you.
10 week Absolute Beginners Jogging course (next date TBC) £5 for the whole 10 weeks
This is a popular 10 week course in association with Run England. It's aimed at people who have never jogged or jogged very little or a long time ago. We literally start week one jogging for 30 seconds and by week ten most people manage at least 20 minutes. The £5 covers the entire 10 weeks and all handouts too. Takes place on Sunday mornings in Ardington. Book early as places fill fast.
45 minute Personal Training Session - Absolute beginners jogging £20
If you can't join the 10 week course or there isn't one currently running, try a one off session to get you started. You receive all of the handouts and the 10 week plan to complete on your own, with email support. In the 45 minutes we complete the first session together. This can be for up to 3 people included in the price.
45 minute Personal Training Session - Yoga £16 (or 5 for £75)
This is a one off Yoga session in your home or mine. We can cover anything you like. Perhaps you're completely new to it and want a beginners guide. Maybe you've been doing Yoga for a while but would like to learn some more advance postures or improve the postures you do regularly with some hands on advice. This can be for 1 or 2 individuals. It can be a one off or regular booking.
45 minute Personal Training Session - Boot Camp Fitness £16 (or 5 for £75)
Maybe you feel like a calorie burning, body toning full on training session, this can be for up to 4 people. After a pre-session chat to assess your fitness levels and goals I'll create an outdoor training session with some equipment and fun to get your heart pumping. This can be one off or regular. There's no extra charge for the extra people, but it's best if you are of similar fitness levels.
45 minute Personal Training Session - General Fitness £16 (or 5 for £75)
This 45 minute session can include anything. It can be indoors or outdoors. The session can focus on core strength, running, cycling, walking, legs-bums-tums. It can be what ever you like, that will help you to achieve your goals (lose weight, tone up, improve health, wedding on the horizon, jeans getting too tight!)
10 x 30 minute Personal Training Session - Post Natal Shape Up £100
After your 6 week post natal Doctor's check I can help you get back in shape. We'll set some goals together and make the most of the prescious 30 minute sessions. I'll give you 10 minute bite size chunks to do inbetween the weekly sessions. We can include a weigh in too if that what you'd like or focus purely on the exercise. The choice is yours.
Prenatal Personal Yoga - 45 mintes £20
This is a session based on gentle moves appropriate for pregnancy mixed with relaxation and breathing exercises. It can be for novice or experienced yoga practitioners.
